TRIP INFORMATION & POLICIES

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION

• 50% deposit is required as soon as the trip is scheduled. Deposit are NOT refundable, but may be used toward a future trip, within one year.
• BALANCE PAYABLE AT THE START OF THE TRIP!!
• Type of Payments Accepted: Cash, money order or certified check only. No personal checks, please!!!

OTHER POLICIES:

• Our Guide Services do not furnish Alcoholic Beverages or Soda on the trips!!
• Hunting: There are NO Half Days for Hunting; (Only Fishing).
• Spring Turkey hunts are (1) and (1). NO EXCEPTIONS.
• We supply one (1) guide for two (2) people; maximum four (4) persons to a party for Trout Fishing; maximum Three (3) persons for Pike/Bass Fishing; maximum party size is (6) for Deer Hunting.
• All persons over sixteen (16) MUST Have a valid N.Y.S. fishing and/or Hunting License.
• ABSOLUTLEY NO FIREARMS ALLOWED ON FISHING TRIPS!!!
• Upon booking, you will be sent directions where to meet your guide and a list of personal gear to bring.
• Those choosing to take a plane trip, for fishing, should be aware of the possibility of inclement weather, such as dense fog and strong winds, which occur in the Adirondacks. Because of weather conditions beyond our control, one of two situation could occur upon departure from your chosen pond.

• We may stay an extra day, because the plane cannot get in to pick us up.
  OR
  We may have to fly out one(1) at a time, instead of two (2) at a time. This situation occurs very infrequently and only for safety sake do we do this. However, there is an additional charge for this, depending on the number of people involved.
